Licensed Optician / Experienced Optometry Assistant

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Licensed Optician or Experienced Optometry Assistant to join our team in West GTA. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent patient care. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with frame selection, lens options, and fittings

• Conduct pre-testing and assist with diagnostic procedures

• Educate patients on eyewear care and contact lens use

• Manage inventory and process orders

• Maintain a welcoming and supportive environment for patients

Requirements:

• Licensed Optician or experienced Optometry Assistant

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Certification (if applicable) is a plus
