Licensed Optician / Experienced Optometry Assistant

We are looking for a skilled and professional Licensed Optician or Experienced Optometry Assistant to join our team in West GTA. The ideal candidate is proactive, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent patient care. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a responsible, friendly, professional demeanor are essential.

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with frame selection, lens options, and fittings
Conduct pre-testing and assist with diagnostic procedures
Educate patients on eyewear care and contact lens use
Manage inventory and process orders
Maintain a welcoming and supportive environment for patients
Requirements:

Licensed Optician or experienced Optometry Assistant
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Hardworking aptitude and great prioritization skills
Certification (if applicable) is a plus
