Shelley Ann Morris

Shelley is an athlete and steadfast advocate for the blind and visually-impaired community through her work for the Canadian Council of the Blind (CCB) and with the Alliance for Equality of Blind Canadians (AEBC). Throughout the years, she has played a pivotal role with various groups and programs in Ottawa in improving accessibility and increasing inclusive opportunities for blind and visually-impaired people to engage in recreation and sports.

We applaud Shelley's impactful achievements in broadening perceptions and creating opportunities through her tireless commitment to improving the lives of those with visual impairments and by setting an example of resilience and perseverance.
