Judy Sgro, MP Humber River—Black Creek, was selected as CAO’s 2023 Vision Champion in acknowledgment of her deep commitment to establishing vision policy at the federal level through the development and introduction of her Private Member’s Bill C-284, "An Act to establish a national strategy for eye care".
