We're Hiring: Primary Care Optometrist Optometry without the corporate hustle

At The Vision Development Centre, we do things differently, starting with 30-minute appointments, no sales quotas, and a team that actually has your back.

We're looking for an optometrist who wants to practice thoughtfully: real conversations with patients, time to do the job properly, and a workplace that respects your life outside of work.

While we're well known for our vision therapy and pediatric work, this role is focused on comprehensive primary care optometry. An interest in pediatrics or vision therapy is welcome, but not required.
