At Opto-Mization, eye exams go far beyond “20/20 vision.”
Patients come in with:
• Headaches
• Screen fatigue
• Dizziness
• Reading and learning challenges

Many don’t need therapy, they need better, more thoughtful prescriptions that improve how they function in daily life. Our approach is about how the brain and eyes work together, not just what the eye sees.

This clinic integrates:
• Full-scope optometry
• Functional vision assessments
• Neuro-optometry
• Vision therapy
• Optical services (including contact lenses)

What you’ll be doing
Deliver full-scope primary eye care with integrated functional vision assessments and identify issues like:
• Binocular vision dysfunction
• Eye tracking challenges
• Prescribe advanced lenses (including prism)
• Build relationships in the community to grow your patient base
• Collaborate with a supportive, highly experienced clinical team
• Receive mentorship from the Victoria location
• (Optional) Train in vision therapy
• No prior functional vision experience? No problem, we can train you if you like.

Compensation & Growth
• Percentage of gross (highly competitive and scalable)
• Current baseline: $15K–$20K/month at 50% capacity
