Associate Optometrist – Flexible Job-Sharing / Boutique Practice (Ottawa, ON)

Dr. Sondra Yeomans is looking for a like-minded optometrist to join her independent practice in a unique job-sharing arrangement. This position is ideal for an OD seeking true work-life balance and the ability to enjoy larger chunks of time off. 

We are looking to share a 3-day-per-week schedule on alternate weeks or months. However, if you prefer a consistent weekly schedule, that can easily be arranged. This is a non-corporate, optometrist-led workplace where you control your schedule.

Practice Highlights

• Purpose-built in 2024, featuring a bright, sunny, and welcoming environment; free parking for staff.
• Located near Westboro/Westgate in Ottawa.
• A non-dispensing practice with a great mix of patients of all ages and a strong emphasis on ocular health management.
• Pre-testing (NCT/Auto K/Auto R) is fully handled by our trained team so you can focus on patient care.
• Fully equipped with a Huvitz OCT/Retinal Camera, WINK EMR, and VF2000 Virtual Reality HVF.
• Patients are currently seen Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (highly flexible and open to change).
