Full Time Optometrist

We are looking for:
An experienced optometrist to join our growing and dynamic practice in Ottawa. The successful candidate will perform refractive consultations and participate in pre- and post-operative care for the full range of procedures offered at Herzig Eye Institute. Procedures include laser assisted refractive cataract surgery, traditional cataract surgery, RLE, ICL, SMILE, LASIK, PRK and CXL.

The following is a list of the responsibilities of an Optometrist at Herzig Eye Institute. It is not intended to be a complete list and may change to meet business demands.

o Refractive Consultation
o Cataract Consultation
o LVC Post-Operative Examination
o Cataract, RLE and ICL- Phakic IOL Post-Operative Examination
o Other Eye Examinations as required (e.g. emergency patient pre-screening)
o Other measurements as required (e.g. A-Scan)
