Optical Lab Customer Service - Toronto, ON

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Optical Lab Customer Service Representative. Must know optical terminology and be familiar with optical labs or optical dispensing.

Primary Responsibilities

Assist customers regarding technical questions, job orders, tracking and Rx information
Taking Rx orders, providing information about products
Connecting customers to necessary departments regarding jobs
Monitor the progress of jobs via lab management system and provide up-to-date information as required
Issue redos/changes to Rx based on doctors/lab requests


Experience in an customer service environment
Optical experience a must
Ability to learn new processes and product information quickly to provide when required to customers
Able to work in a fast-paced environment in both a team and self directed atmosphere.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
High proficiency in English
