This position is for a one year contract with potential for permanent, full time.
Specific Skills: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas. Obtain and process information required to provide services, operate telephone system, answer screen and forward telephone calls, record and relay information. Schedule and confirm appointments. Send invoices, receive and issue payments and perform clerical duties such as filing, sortin and distributing mail. Excellent computer skills are a must.
Additional Skills: Provide basic information to clients and the public, maintain records.
