CJO Special - Optocase Mini Case Study, Issue 1

A 38-year-old woman presents with a 2-month history of blurred vision in her right eye. She also complains of soreness, increased sensitivity to light, and mild redness. Ocular examination in the office reveals visual acuities of 6/15 and 6/6 in the right and left eyes, respectively. There is no evidence of corneal epithelial dye uptake after fluorescein instillation.
