V/O: When was the last time someone looked deep inside your eyes? You may be surprised at what they’d see.

Jodie: My peripheral vision in my right eye was getting worse and so I decided to go see my optometrist. It turns out my retina was detached and I needed immediate surgery or I would have lost my vision in my eye.

Mutch's: Lindsay passed a pre-school vision test but she was struggling at school. Our optometrist said she needed glasses and now she is a great little reader.

V/O: Your eyes may look healthy...but an optometrist knows your eyes inside...and out.

Michelle: Everyone thought I was being dramatic when I said I couldn’t see clearly. It turns out I had cataracts. At my age! It was treated and now I can see perfectly.

Donald: As an artist, vision is important. During my eye exam a brain tumour was suspected. Thankfully it was caught early.
